Dental insurance is an agreement between you and your insurer. We can submit claims and estimates on your behalf, but the patient remains responsible for balances not covered by the plan.
Personal health information is collected only to provide care, coordinate benefits and meet legal requirements. Records are stored securely and released only with consent or where required by law.
