4–6 weeksDesign development
The chosen concept becomes a coordinated package with grading, materials, planting, lighting intent and a detailed construction estimate.
4–8 weeksInstallation
Our project lead coordinates site protection, trades, schedule, approvals and quality. You receive weekly updates and decisions are documented.
6–20+ weeksHandover + growth
We walk every detail, provide a care guide and return after establishment. Ongoing stewardship can continue through a Verdant care plan.
